Good potential to replace traditional preservatives like parabens,isothiazolinones,formaldehyde donors.

Compounded with other preservatives like chlorphenesin,glycols(HDO,PDO,ODO),p-hydroxyacetophenone etc,used in:

Cream,lotion,bath foam,shampoo,cosmetics etc.

Notes:Incompatible with transition metals like Fe2+,Fe3+,could cause coloring, need to use chelate aents like EDTA 2Na.
